The UNU-GTP is academically governed by a Studies Board, which is composed of experts (from ISOR, UI and Hitaveita Sudurnesja (HS)) responsible for each of the specialized courses. The UNU-GTP Director is the chairman of the Studies Board.
The Studies Board only has a few annual formal meetings, but it serves a very important role in setting the academic standards for the training and in designing training schedules for each
individual UNU Fellow.
